Vrindavan Forest began as a simple longing — to create a place where the peace of Vrindavan could be felt in the hills of Tennessee.
Years ago, a small group of devotees dreamed of a sanctuary — not a commercial retreat, not a formal temple, but a living forest where anyone could come to reconnect with Krishna through the simple beauty of nature, song, and service.
Inspired by the eternal groves of Vrindavan, where Radha and Krishna wander among kadamba trees and the Yamuna flows softly, we began tending this land in Tennessee — planting tulasi, clearing forest trails, and welcoming the first visitors to morning kirtan.
Today, Vrindavan Forest is a gathering of hearts. People come exhausted and leave lighter. They learn the Bhagavad Gita, chant the holy name, share prasadam, and serve the land. This is not our project — it is a shared offering, and you are warmly invited to be part of it.
We steward this forest as sacred ground — protecting trees, water, and every living creature.
Devotion to Sri Sri Radha and Krishna is the heartbeat of everything we do here.
No hierarchy of belonging — only friends walking the path of the heart together.
Seva transforms ordinary work into worship and strangers into family.
